Sprint and Running Mechanics

This is centered around very specific experiences that very few people in the world have and I take those and teach others how to become faster and more efficient in there sprint or run. I have taught hundreds of athletes over the years and have developed a keen eye for inefficiencies which cost time and energy. Our assessment process can find and address your sprinting inefficiencies in a matter of minutes. Think about how long you have been running wrong and how much energy you have wasted! What would you say if we could teach your affiliate how to move correctly and decrease all sprint and run times in 1 seminar. Because of teaching so many athletes how to improve their mechanics, it only takes me a minimal amount of time to notice what changes you need to make you become fast. Other programs teach how to move your legs and shin angle, we address muscular issues, strength deficits, tightness and so on. No-one is doing that, this isn't a cookie cutter program it takes the entire athlete into account. This will save your group money by getting to the problem quickly and fixing it quickly. You will learn techniques that you will take home and hone your skills with. This is a sprint and running mechanic's seminar which no one is currently doing. There is a difference between sprinting and running. We will teach you how to transition from one to the other.

This will cover a proper warm up, address running mechanic issues, check for muscle imbalances and flexibility issues. By the time we finish you will have a solid handle on what it feels like to move efficiently and drills that will allow that to happen time and time again. Contact us for scheduling.

Video tape yourself and submit it to us (or YouTube and give us the channel), we will review it and have a phone consult with you (EST) $25.
This is the perfect solution to someone who is looking to improve their sprint and running mechanics and can't make it to us. The cost is about the same you would spend on a T shirt.
