     Help your athletes prepare to athletically peak for their season. JM Training's level of speed, strength, explosiveness and endurance training will deliver results you athletes are looking for. This type of training once only done by Olympic Athletes and Pros can now help to develop your team. JM Training Sports & Fitness is the foundation on which their athletic career will be determined.

Our Training Sessions

    We target specific muscle groups by manipulating workouts, rest ratios, total workout time. Our student athletes use specially designed equipment for more efficient workouts that translate to better performances on the field. After each workout there will be a scheduled recovery time, which will be incorporated into the weekly training schedule. For the best results we recommend training at least 2 - 3 times a week. Developing Athletes for the Future

    Our goal is to make the average athlete the ELITE athlete. We help athletes identify and develop ways to enhance the proper muscle groups pertinent to their specific sport and/or position played. We want help each athlete excel in his or her sport by:

  • Developing Functional Strength

  • Maximizing Vertical

  • Increase Linear/ Multi Directional Speed

  • Increasing Flexibility, Agility

  • Start Quickness and Explosive Power
